You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase.
Contact [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Please contact us for the return address before sending any items. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
If an item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, you will not be charged return shipping. For returns for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping. No restocking fee applies, and return shipping is charged no more than once.
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 days of approval. For cash-on-delivery orders, please contact us to arrange the refund method.
You may cancel an order for a full refund before it has been produced or shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been produced or shipped.
